Takbed Terms and Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

1 Introduction & Acceptance

Takbed (bundles.takbed.bet) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for gamers in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Takbed and its members.

By registering with Takbed or using any of its services, you confirm that you have Terms and Conditions read, understood, and agreed to comply with. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use any of Takbed's services.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on Takbed, you must meet the following requirements. We ask every member to register with accurate information, as this is essential for your account's security and smooth payment processing.

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 or older at the time of registration. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: During registration, you will need to provide your real name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Providing incorrect information may cause issues during account verification.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is required before withdrawals — submit a copy of your National ID or passport.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that takes place under your account.

3 Deposits & Payments

Takbed supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Keep the following in mind when making a deposit.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposit Processing: Usually instant. In some cases, it may take 1–3 business days.

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Processing Time: Requests are processed within 1–3 business days of submission.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Betting Rules

• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of the bet will still apply.

• Match Fixing: Any bet linked to match fixing or illegal activity will be void.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a clear error, Takbed reserves the right to void the affected bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takbed. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to meet bonus conditions artificially or manipulating wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using Takbed to launder illicit funds.
• Hacking or Cyber Attack: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Takbed's systems or other members' accounts.

8 Account Closure

Takbed may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• For violation of these terms and conditions.
• For failure to pass KYC verification or for providing false information.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Under the order of a court or government authority.
• In cases of self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Prior to closing an account, Takbed will notify the member by email or phone (except in cases of fraud). Takbed will take reasonable steps to return any valid balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

Takbed believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We encourage all members to game responsibly.

• Age Restriction: Gaming is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from gaming whenever you feel it is necessary.
• Cooling-Off: A cooling-off period of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months can be set.
• Reality Check: After long sessions, you'll receive reminders to help you keep track of how long you've been playing.

10 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Takbed and a member, it will be resolved through the following process.

• Step One: Send a detailed complaint to support@takbed.bet. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
• Step Two: If the matter is not resolved through customer support, a formal dispute resolution process will be initiated.
• Step Three: An independent mediator will be appointed if required.
• Limitations: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event.

Takbed is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

11 Limitation of Liability

Takbed is not liable for the following:

• When a game or bet is interrupted mid-session due to internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming.

Takbed's maximum legal liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the member's total deposits over the past 30 days.

12 Changes & Updates

Takbed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will notify members through the following means:

• A notice will be published on the website.
• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A popup notification will be displayed at login.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions considered accepted. If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.
